Boiler temperature control by digital thermometer
± 0,1° C switching interval, temperature settings can be changed easily and quickly
Automatic minimum temperature control
You can be absolutely sure that no juice is collected below the selected pasteurization temperature, for example 78 °C. Little temperature difference between the water and the fruit juice 82/78,5°C
